The medical definition we give to our clinic is the involuntary contraction of the Kegel (pelvic) muscles at the entrance of the vagina and obstructing the entry of the penis into the vagina. We can also call it the state of not being able to have sexual intercourse. The vagina literally turns into a concrete wall and sexual intercourse causes pain and suffering, making intercourse impossible.

Vaginismus can be easily solved by competent people. Any physician who can guide you in touching your body, examining it, and combating your fears can initiate your sexual life. Solving vaginismus is possible with competent people who devote serious time to you and give you unlimited emotional support. I don't see any of my colleagues' Vaginismus patients on some gynecologist pages; Because it takes a lot of time, you can see the articles. Our couples with vaginismus have been searching for a solution for years. This is the patient group that is most abused. As a working principle, I personally evaluate the situation of each couple with a preliminary meeting, without negotiating the duration of the session, and guide the couple until they solve the problem with my identity and competence as a gynecologist-sexual therapist-family counselor. Most couples who apply to me come from families with vaginismus, where a session fee was charged and sessions were performed for months, but no full results were obtained. While the money seems cheap, both time and money are wasted. I have couples who got pregnant and gave birth vaginally, finding a very practical solution within a 5-hour period. We have entered the era of being competent, reliable and experienced, being able to empathize and provide you with the necessary care, time and information, regardless of the price. Obstetrics and gynecology is a very special and very important branch. Sexual health includes treatments that require more privacy and time. Whatever our problem is, we must first ask ourselves this question;

Who can solve this problem of mine closest to me? Who can solve it in my country if I don't have it near me?

While I can solve vaginismus cases even after marriage abroad by spending a lot of time in one day, patients close to us can live hopelessly and unhappy for years. One of the most common mistakes is that we are not in a position to really devote time to the couple.
