PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM
Do not read detailed information about Sexual Life During Pregnancy! CISS! You can find it in our book as well as on our YouTube and Instagram pages.
It is very beneficial for our families who experience panic about birth, motherhood and breastfeeding during pregnancy to receive training before or at the beginning of pregnancy, as they have conscious mothers and their spouses who support them in every way. Postpartum preparation training is given approximately 1 month before the birth, and the most intense newborn process that will occur with the mother-baby meeting and the baby's joining the family is met with preparation.
Even if you receive in-office service, you may not have the chance to discuss every issue in detail with your gynecologist. Postpartum depression can occur in many women today. We have many postpartum women who think about how to take care of the baby, who think that they cannot be good mothers because they cannot silence a constantly crying baby, and who cannot handle the heavy stress caused by insomnia and fatigue. Especially our women who cannot get support from their relatives such as mothers or sisters experience a lot of trouble. Husbands have to go to work, fathers who work in shifts, especially at night, are not at home, and maternity women are left alone at home with their baby, increasing medical risks.
Maternity services are very useful during the birth process. Doula means a calm, common-sense, caring and patient person who is with you during birth and supports our pregnant women during birth. In our culture, is there a relative or neighbor of the pregnant woman who helps with the birth and accompanies the midwife?
They prepared hot water, wiped the sweat from the pregnant woman's face, gave her water, helped her breastfeed the baby, prepared maternity sherbet, and carried out the birth process in the best possible way with the midwife.
Since motherhood, raising and educating people are considered very valuable and even sacred in our beliefs and culture, our pregnant and postpartum women are never left alone. Nowadays, since everyone can hardly manage their own families and our women work long hours in jobs outside the home, the paid doula system has emerged.
